All our fresh duck is reared on farms in East Anglia and are reared indoors in spacious barns.

Tesco offer one standard of production for ducks:

Standard Duck

All standard duck is reared to RSPCA Freedom Foods standards. The ducks are provided with straw litter that is replenished daily. They also have access to water baths. This enables them to carry out the natural behaviour of washing and preening that is vital to maintaining their health. They are stocked at a reduced level in order to allow plenty of space for moving around the barns.
