Wesley Elliot

Wesley Elliot runs a family farm, which is situated in County Fermanagh. From his 130 ewe flock he rears the lambs outdoors on rich grazing land and he also buys lambs from neighbouring farms to finish for Tesco. Lambing will take place from January onwards; the main breed of lamb that Wesley uses is Texel.  Wesley feels that animal husbandry and stockmanship are key skills in rearing the lambs and he takes pride in rearing top quality lambs that are finished to meet all the high welfare standards that Tesco require. He also ensures that his farm meets high environmental standards. Wesley and his family have supplied Tesco with lamb for over 20 years.
