Tower Farm

Between the Quantocks and Exmoor in Somerset.

Cheese sourced from this farm is supplied in Farmhouse Medium, Farmhouse Mature, Farmhouse Extra Mature and Farmhouse Mild on the deli.

Tower Farms has been making Cheddar Cheese since 1973.  It all began when a local farming family pooled milk from their three herds and started making cheese using traditional methods.  Today milk is supplied by a further ten local and accredited dairy farms. Originally setup by three farming brothers, whose dairy herds first supplied milk, the business is now being continued by their children. The farm is run by Phillip White and the dairy is run by Geoff White.  It is their mission to produce quality PDO accredited West Country Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese with West Country province and identity. Tesco take approximately 60% of the total Tower Farmhouse Cheddar produced.
