Cheese sourced from this farm is supplied in Farmhouse Medium, Farmhouse Mature, and Farmhouse Extra Mature. Parkham Farm is also responsible for the Organic Farmhouse Cheddar range available at Tesco.

Parkham Farms is a family owned and run business, headed by father and son team David and Peter Willes. David started farming in Devon in 1961, following a period at a Somerset Traditional Cheese maker, where his skills were acquired. Parkham Farm currently supplies Tesco with both Farmhouse Cheddar and Organic Farmhouse Cheddar and is sole suppliers of Tesco Mature Deli Farmhouse Cheddar. Their cheese is made according to the PDO prescribed methods using milk from their own herd and other local exclusively contracted farms.  Tesco take approximately 45% their production for the Farmhouse cheddar lines. Parkham Farm regularly collects prizes for their cheddar from the major UK dairy shows.
