Albert Bartlett - Root Vegetables “Naturally Grown Naturally Tasty”

Albert Bartlett

Founded in 1948 Albert Bartlett supply over 500 000 tonnes of fresh produce annually and is arguably Britain’s largest grower of root vegetables.

Today the business is managed by the third generation of the family and has three UK sites; Airdrie in Scotland, Chatteris in Cambridgeshire and Boston in Lincolnshire.

The East Anglian facility now has over 6,000 acres under cultivation, much of it dedicated to the naturally small and enormously popular Chantenay & the sweet tasting Nandor bunching carrot which is sold exclusively through Tesco stores.
