Finest Chicken

All our finest chicken is grown on dedicated British farms and has been developed to give excellent eating quality and very high welfare standards.
What makes our finest chicken different?

   1. All the chickens have access to paddocks, with trees and shelters during the day.
   2. We use a slower-growing breed of chicken.
   3. The chickens have a low stocking density in their houses.
   4. All the chickens have straw bales to perch on in the houses.
   5. The farms are all approved by the RSPCA Freedom Food Scheme.
   6. The houses have all been designed with verandahs, which encourage the birds to range better across the paddocks.
   7. The birds are fed on a maize-enriched diet to give a superior flavour and succullence.

This farming system and the excellent husbandry provided by our growers, ensures our finest chicken delivers a superior product.
